This online store accepts credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal accounts. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to shop here. It’s really very easy!
Returns & Faulty Goods
Great care is taken in the hand wrapping & packaging of your purchase. Should you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item/s and contact Lucent Imagery immediately for details on how to return goods. Contact must be made via email within 48hrs of receipt and goods must be returned within 14 days of your email. Costs of returning the goods to Lucent Imagery will be your own. Costs of sending replacement goods will be paid by Lucent Imagery. Please note that no refunds or exchanges are given for change of mind.
Shipping
Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 10 days. Within Australia, it will arrive 1-3 days after shipment. International shoppers, please expect your order to arrive within 14 days of shipment date. All orders are sent via Australia Post and via Air Mail for overseas orders. If you wish to have your package registered or express posted, please detail your request when ordering. A revised shipping cost to reflect these additional services will be emailed to you. Lucent Imagery is not responsible for mail that is lost by the carrier.
Availability of Stock
Every care is taken to advertise goods that are available to ship within the stated time frame. Due to the small nature of this business, there may be times where demand is greater than stocks on hand. If this occurs, you will receive an email immediately detailing the expected date for posting of your goods. I do apologise if this occurs and hope you understand.

Lucent Imagery will not sell or share your information with any other party. Your privacy is respected at all times and your personal information is only used to process your payment and shipment. The host company Indie Labs and their service providers, parent entity and affiliates have access to information collected via Big Cartel so that they can monitor their performance and implement improvements to services and products they offer. Lucent Imagery has no control over this as it is part of the service of Big Cartel.
